I am having a Global Political Plan. I am authorising you to execute the Plan on behalf of BJP and Human Civilization to ensure peace, security and justice.

GLOBAL PLAN: A JOURNEY FOR NEW POLITICAL SYSTEM

OBJECTIVE OF THE PLAN
This plan has been made for the betterment of our country and for the benefit of mankind.
Poor people would get most out of it. They would get money without losing their prestige or without destroying their family value, social value and culture.
Present political treats women like an object. This plan ensures a shift from this present approach. Under this new approach three hundred crore women of the world would be able to regain their prestige, status and position in the political arena.
This plan ensures a crime, corruption and oppression free world.
This plan provides a possibility of new dimension in global politics. A new political system may come out of it (neither capitalism nor communism). Religion may help to introduce morale, value and discipline based politics as viable alternative to both capitalism and communism.
Plan does not have any intention to harm anybody (any political party/ political leader/group/person).
On one hand it takes something and on the other hand it gives the due replacement.
In the long run it ensures global peace & prosperity and human face of development.

How would you remove Crime, Corruption and Oppression from India and from other parts of the World?

Step one: Introduce use of Lie Detector Report (LDR) each year for every person at the time of /after filing of IT return.

Main objective is to tap unaccounted money. To begin with start with simple questionnaire as described below:
(1) What is the source of earnings?
(2) Is it white or black money?
(3) How did you gather this black money? (Give suitable alternatives: part time jobs/ fees received from profession/sale receipt of business/fund received from NRI relatives/criminal activities etc.)
(4) In case of criminal activity, hand over to appropriate authority (Police, C.B.I., Military etc.)
(5) In case of non-criminal activities make the process of charging penalties absolute simple, hassle-free and transparent (Lengthy process escalates cost and consumes valuable time).
Step two: Introduce use of Lie Detector Report (LDR) at the time of opening of bank account, each year & if necessary, at any point of time at the complete discretion of bank manager (discussed later in detail).

Here the objective is to tap those persons who escape from the hands of IT department. Use simple questions as described below:
(1) What is the source of money?
(2) Is it white or black money?
(3) How did you gather this black money? (Give suitable alternatives: part time jobs/ fees received from profession/sale receipt of business/fund received from NRI relatives/criminal activities etc.)
(4) In case of criminal activity, hand over to appropriate authority (Police, C.B.I., Military etc.)
(5) In case of non-criminal activities make the process of charging penalties absolute simple, hassle-free and transparent (Lengthy process escalates cost and consumes valuable time).

This part also involves reform of Reserve Bank of India.

(1) Accounts having black money must be debited instantly.
(2) All banks would open a separate account for this purpose with Reserve Bank of India under supervision of Reserve Bank of India.
(3) Let the account holder contest in the court & face LDT.
(4) Recipients of foreign money must undergo lie detector test (LDT). This step must be dealt with absolute care because one hand it concerns our National Security, on the other hand it involves those people who bring valuable foreign currencies for our country. If the recipients receive money on regular basis (like businessmen, top executives of MNCs or other big companies, families of NRIs, top professionals etc.) then they would face LDT once or twice a year. In all other cases & also in the previous case the concerned authority would have complete discretionary power to hold LDT in each transaction. Source and purpose of utilisation of fund must be brought under the notice of concerned authority.

Step three: Introduce submission of lie detector report (LDR) along with filing of nomination paper at the time of election (Panchayat/Municipality/Assembly/Parliament) to concerned authority like Election Commission etc.
Use simple questions
(1) Have you ever raped anyone?
(2) Have you ever murdered anyone?
(3) Have you ever played the role of keyman (paid money/ played the role of catalyst) in any murder or any rape?
(4) Have you accepted/used molestation/trafficking/raping of women or character assassination of individuals or any other unlawful activity as means of collecting fund for your party ever/ over long period of time?
(5) Have you ever cheated our Country?
(6) Have you ever taken responsibility of molestation/trafficking/raping of women or murder of anybody? (Encouraging crime; is it punishable offence?)
(7) Have you ever used women of our Country in such a way that impairs the image of our Country?
(8) Have you ever any connection with blue film rackets?

This reform has no intention to dishonour the respected members of the Panchayat/Municipality/Assembly/Parliament. It has been reported in the newspapers that respected leaders of different parties have expressed concern over the inclusion of bad elements in the political parties. This process would help them to isolate the bad elements from the political system. Hence, this is an attempt to give our respected leader true honour. Further, we are already having few systems like voter identity cards, disclosures of assets at the time of election etc., hence this is an addition to prevailing system only.
Step four : Extend the above process to all members of the parties.
Step five: Introduce LDTs for all Government and semi-government employment: at the time of initial employment, at the time of increment, at the time of promotion, at the time of transfer, at the time of retirement and at the time of leaving the job. Use simple questions as mentioned below:
(1) Have you ever raped anyone?
(2) Have you ever murdered anyone?
(3) Have you ever played the role of keyman (paid money/ played the role of catalyst) in any murder or any rape?
(4) Have you accepted molestation/trafficking/raping of women or character assassination of individuals or any other unlawful activity as means of collecting fund for your party ever/ over long period of time?
(5) Have you ever taken responsibility of molestation/trafficking/raping of women or murder of anybody? (Encouraging crime; is it punishable offence?)
(6) Have you ever used women of our Country in such a way that impairs the image of our Country?
(7) Have you ever any connection with blue film rackets?
(8) Are you connected to illegal fund from sources stated above?

Step five: Introduce LDTs for all private employment in companies, firms and proprietorship business, secretary to politicians, businessmen, professionals, estates : at the time of initial employment, at the time of increment, at the time of promotion, at the time of transfer, at the time of retirement and at the time of leaving the job. For employees working in banks, financial institutions, income tax department, customs, important government and private sector executives such tests may be organised yearly or at any point of time at the complete discretion of LDT authority. Use simple questions as mentioned below:
(1) Have you ever raped anyone?
(2) Have you ever murdered anyone?
(3) Have you ever played the role of keyman (paid money/ played the role of catalyst) in any murder or any rape?
(4) Have you accepted molestation/trafficking/raping of women or character assassination of individuals or any other unlawful activity as means of collecting fund for your party ever/ over long period of time?
(5) Have you ever taken responsibility of molestation/trafficking/raping of women or murder of anybody? (Encouraging crime; is it punishable offence?)
(6) Have you ever used women of our Country in such a way that impairs the image of our Country?
(7) Have you ever any connection with blue film rackets?
(8) Are you connected to illegal fund from sources stated above?

Step six: Introduce use of LDTs for all post holders or any relevant member of any union, association, clubs (registered or unregistered) or any other registered body yearly or at any suitable time gap. This part also applies to all post holders or relevant persons of student unions and all youth organizations. Use simple questions as below:
(1) Have you ever raped anyone?
(2) Have you ever murdered anyone?
(3) Have you ever played the role of keyman (paid money/ played the role of catalyst) in any murder or any rape?
(4) Have you accepted molestation/trafficking/raping of women or character assassination of individuals or any other unlawful activity as means of collecting fund for your party ever/ over long period of time?
(5) Have you ever taken responsibility of molestation/trafficking/raping of women or murder of anybody? (Encouraging crime; is it punishable offence?)
(6) Have you ever used women of our country in such a way that impairs the image of our country?
(7) Have you ever any connection with blue film rackets?
(8) Are connected to illegal fund from sources stated above?

Step seven: Introduce LDTs at the time of sale/ transfer/ gift of assets exceeding certain amount by any individual within India or in case of cross border transactions.
Use simple questions as mentioned below:
(1) What is the source of fund?
(2) Have you ever raped anyone?
(3) Have you ever murdered anyone?
(4) Have you ever played the role of keyman (paid money/ played the role of catalyst) in any murder or any rape?
(5) Have you accepted molestation/trafficking/raping of women or character assassination of individuals or any other unlawful activity as means of collecting fund for your party ever/ over long period of time?
(6) Have you ever taken responsibility of molestation/trafficking/raping of women or murder of anybody? (Encouraging crime; is it punishable offence?)
(7) Have you ever used women of our Country in such a way that impairs the image of our Country?
(8) Have you ever any connection with blue film rackets?
(9) Are you connected to illegal fund from sources stated above?

EFFECTS
(1) Elimination of corruption i.e., black money.
(2) Elimination of oppression especially on children, women & weaker sections of the society.
(3) Elimination of all sorts of ill practices i.e., oppression on women in the political system & in the society, child slavery, usage of foreign money against interest of our country, increasing hands of blue film rackets etc.
(4) Elimination of disguised slavery from the political parties. This is one area where silence must be broken. Silence must not be treated as acceptance. Most of the time political system is imposed on the new entrant without disclosing the consequences. The unfortunate person carries the fallouts even for the remaining part of his life.
(5) Government would get huge public money in the form of tax.
(6) Major shift from dialogue based politics to issue based politics.
(7) In economic front there will be a shifting from politics to calculation because it would become easier to identify fund wise surplus & deficit segments.
(8) Our country would become more secure than before.
(9) This plan would immensely help the poor & weaker section of the society.
(10) THIS PLAN WOULD ADD A NEW DIMENSION IN WORLD POLITICS (NEITHER CAPITALISM NOR COMMUNISIM).RELIGION MAY FORM FRAMEWORK OF SOCIETY & POLITICS AND WITHIN THAT GIVEN FRAMEWORK MORALE BASED POLITICS MAY BE ABLE TO OPERATE.

USAGE OF PUBLIC MONEY
(1) Infrastructural expenditure in the fields of drinking water facility, agriculture, health, education, science & research, defence, roads, housing etc.
(2) Expenditure towards social segment
(A)SOCIAL SECURITY NET (SSN): THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT AREA OF THIS ENTIRE PLAN. POOR PEOPLE WOULD GET RELIEF DIRECTLY FROM GOVERNMENT WITHOUT LOOSING THEIR DIGNITY, HONOUR, FAMILY VALUE, CULTURE AND RELIGION.
(b)Schemes concerning employment generations both among urban poor and rural poor.
(c)All schemes concerning benefit of the poor.

(3) Calculative use of micro credit in targeted region.
(4) Tailor-made loan facility to the small scale entrepreneurs.
(5) Entrepreneurship based on scientific research must be encouraged by extending loan facility. This facility may be extended to successful foreign scientists willing to establish ventures based on scientific research work in India in collaboration with Indian partner.
(6) Loans may be extended to technical people willing start their own venture. Probable recipient of loans are as follows:
(a) Engineers (including engineers from IIT & other institutions and diploma engineers) having experience in India or abroad.
(b) Self employed personnel in the respective field.
(7) Expenditure towards Education
(a) Emphasis must be given on primary education so that we can attain hundred -percent literacy within stipulated timeframe.
(b) At secondary and higher secondary level syllabus must undergo constant revising in order to make it contemporary and competitive. At the same time, syllabus must contain adequate topics covering Indian Culture, Ancient Indian Civilization, and Indian Freedom Struggle etc.
(c) There must be harmony between syllabuses at different level.
(d) We need to work very hard at the college and university level. Huge funding is required to introduce internationally accepted contemporary courses and to open new institutions having world class facilities.
(e) Teacher Training programmes at all levels need serious revising. These programmes must aim at refreshing, training and developing the teachers so that they cope themselves with the rapidly changing academic world.
(f) Research works having connectivity to outer world may be given priority to purely academic research work. It would make education relevant for the society.
(g) Vocational courses: This is an important part of this plan. Considering literacy level and dropout rates at all level, it is suggested that vocational courses must given more emphasis. Courses may be re-designed to bring harmony among different levels. Candidates willing to start business may be selected on suitable basis and financial assistance/loans based on financial prudence may be offered to them. It also requires huge investment and constant monitoring & support from government. This area addresses interest of common people of our country and must be dealt with proper attention.
(8) Continuous training & development programme of employees must be framed catering to the needs of both government and private sector. This would make employees more productive, flexible & competitive. At the same time, it may be able to give some relief to those employees who have lost their jobs either temporarily or permanently.
(9) This plan may result a shift from present political system. Government must bear the cost of rehabilitation like cost of treatment, alternative employment opportunity etc.
(10) Considering the influx of fund it is suggested to make plan for Provident Fund to Unrecognised Sector.
(11) All existing schemes concerning social security must continue.
(12) Support from industry must be sought in the relevant cases.
(13) In the globalised environment indigenous industries must get adequate financial support from government. However industries having meaningful research activity must get more support from Government.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
This plan involves huge cost in the form of scientific research & establishment cost. Still considering the revenue in the form of tax it can be said that it would generate surplus in the long run. Thus it is a profitable project.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Perhaps due to technical problems Court has not accepted LDT. Proposed Plan perceives this problem as minor and suggests BJP to make necessary arrangements with scientists/research institutes to overcome this problem. Proposed Plan expects kind cooperation from eminent scientists from all countries across the globe to resolve this issue for the benefit of mankind.

RISK AND RESISTANCE
Harmful rackets operating in our society would try to create chaos & destroy the plan from all corners. Resistance would be very high. Involvement of billion & billion dollar blue film industry and underworld has made the plan highly risky.

In order to overcome the risk factors you need support from your party. But before that you should prepare your party.

HOW WOULD YOU PREPARE YOUR PARTY
First, go through self introspection.
Assess, whether you can face LDT.
If the answer is yes, go ahead with the plan.
If the answer is no, give it to any suitable leader from your own party, who can face LDT. If still the answer is no, please give it to any suitable leader from other parties, because the plan is more important than anything else.
Select your prospective leader from youth & colleges on the basis of LDT.
Screening for nomination in different elections must be made strictly on the basis of LDT.
Make your women wing more powerful. Give real power to women leaders as much as possible.
In cases involving oppression on women engage your lawyer wing. Ask them to pursue lie detector in court. If you consider necessary, arrange financial assistance for the victim.
Don’t use `Tit for Tat’ strategy against women belongs to your opposition party. Take operational action against men & political action against women of rival political parties.
Bring oppression on women in politics issue in the academic arena through research works. These works must cover a vast area including political terrorism, nexus between political parties and blue film rackets, indiscriminate use dominance theory, sharing of money (segment wise in money value and in percentage: income wise classification, expenditure wise classification, party wise classification, party position wise classification etc.), wastage of money, real effect on poor & role of political parties (how real issues like drinking water facility, hunger, poverty, corruption, crime etc. submerge behind the shadow of oppression on women).

COST FOR ACCEPTING THE PLAN
In this world nothing is cost free. This plan is also not cost free. Some of your party workers & leaders may find themselves in trouble, still from the viewpoint of party, as on date BJP is in a position to absorb this risk.

GAIN FOR ACCEPTING THE PLAN
BJP would be able to create a changed positive image in the mindset of people.
BJP is likely to get support of women & poor people.
Transparency issue is likely to be accepted by the youth.
In the long run, workers from other parties may join BJP (removal of political slavery).

SELECTION OF BJP
This issue relates to Indian Politics during last sixty years. I have never been involved in any sort of politics. With little knowledge in Indian politics I could find BJP as the only big party who can accept these challenges (ideologically, politically and legally). In addition to that I think other political parties do not want to change the system. Perhaps they prefer to live in this world of crime, corruption & oppression. You would face strong resistance from other parties while pursuing this political plan. On the contrary this resistance would provide you pack of political issues.

YOU CAN MAKE THE PLAN GLOBAL
You can make this plan using proper platform like International Court, UNO, GATT, OPEC, WORLD BANK, IMF, and ADB etc. Further, I think this plan would appeal all countries across the world.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
USA is facing severe financial crisis. This system would help them to recover huge unrecovered tax which could be utilised for turnaround of economy. Further it would help them to investigate into fraud & siphoning of funds.
Religion, family value and peace would be to pacify the tension and depression from American society and this may contribute to higher productivity& higher economic growth. Religious groups may join their hands to combat against blue film rackets that are contaminating the soil of USA. In fact these forces are working against the interest of USA. Perhaps these forces are breaking National and International laws. Religious group may take up this issue at Court and pursue to use lie detector. Apart from this they may raise this issue in religious meetings, debate, discussions & conferences in colleges and universities etc. Thus they would be able to increase their presence in next generation citizens of USA. Religious groups may take up different social welfare schemes to increase their presence in the society.

It would not be proper for the students to live in isolation. Student community can play a great role in the fight against `Oppression on Women’. They have lot of options i.e. wall magazines, magazines, journals, meetings, debates, conferences, serious research work etc.
Academic world has done a great mistake by overlooking this segment completely. This is the time to compensate against the old mistakes.
Civil societies and human right organizations also have done similar great mistakes. They must prepare themselves for peaceful mass movements and may form groups with other segments fighting for the same cause.
Government agencies may also play key role here. FBI may move to Court to freeze the accounts of such illegal rackets.
USA has offered many things to the world for e.g. democracy, freedom of speech, science, technology etc. World is waiting to see USA fighting against the oppression on women. Political parties may take up the issue and world is eager to hear from any USA President fighting for same cause `in this war either you are with me or you are against me’.

EUROPE
Like USA European countries are facing severe economic crisis. This system would help them to recover their economies. Academicians from this land have enlightened the world in different field. Now they may take this issue seriously. Student community, civil societies and human right organizations may move together to fight against this menace. Government agencies may play supporting role by freezing accounts of illegal rackets.
Proposed Plan suggests religious groups to form strong united forum and must play significant role in Holy War. They may extend support in the form of political support/financial assistance/legal assistance/technical assistance etc. Members of religious groups would show tough resistance (resistance does not mean violence/war) at ground.

Proposed Plan wants active participation of Religious Communities in this Holy War for indefinite period of time.

VATICAN CITY
In Europe Vatican City may pursue this issue to introduce politics with morale & discipline in Europe. Religions may regain their position in European Society. Politically Europe wants to get back their recognition for a long period of time. Unfortunately, even formation of European Union could not bring such respect for them. Proposed Plan suggests that Europeans must get more united. Marriage blessed by Vatican City among citizens of different European countries would bring respect & healthy relationship among different countries. Religion, family value, morale, discipline and culture would help this place to unite. This unity would strengthen their economy in the form of increasing presence in international trade & commerce and higher GDP. It is expected that Vatican City would ensure religion to get new place in the society for the benefit of mankind. Perhaps one day we will get UNITED STATES OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES under leadership of Vatican City.
Proposed Plan suggests Vatican City to take significant responsibility in the Holy War to ensure global security, peace and justice. Proposed Plan also suggests Vatican City to play significant active role as `Protector of Religion’ in the World.
World has forgotten the sacrifice of Father. Still he is suffering from pain, because we did nothing when others were suffering. He is suffering from pain....He is still bleeding....forever?

ISRAEL
Proposed Plan would give this immensely talented religious country huge power to combat against corruption/crime. Proposed Plan suggests Israel to extend necessary financial/technical/legal/political support in this peaceful Holy War. Israel may become integral part in this journey for security, peace and justice forever.
Proposed Plan suggests religious leaders to read the eyes of oppressed people which may reveal Diary of thousand & thousand Anne Frank living in this World. Like little innocent Anne they are living in political cage & waiting for something to happen so that they can go back to their normal life.
JAPAN AND SUTH EAST ASIA
This plan would help these countries to combat corruption & crime and as a result of these economies will rise again. Religion movement would be able to bring peace & harmony in these societies. Students, civil societies and human right organizations must show resistance against these evil forces. Government agencies also may play supporting role by freezing accounts of illegal rackets.
Proposed Plan suggests religious groups to form strong united forum and must play significant role in Holy War. They may extend support in the form of financial assistance/legal assistance/technical assistance etc. Members of religious committee would show tough resistance (resistance does not mean violence) at ground.
Proposed Plan suggests Buddhist Communities to take active participation in the Holy War to ensure global peace for indefinite period of time.

AUSTRALIA AND NEWZELAND
This plan would help these countries to recover their economies and strengthen their stand for fighting against international blue film rackets. This plan would give these countries proper support so that they can take up the issue at International Court. Student community, civil societies and human right organizations must extend their proper support.

RUSSIA
This country is facing typical identity crisis. Clearly even with huge fire power in hand Russia does not match with former USSR. But they want same recognition from the world. During 1989-2009 in Russia, we can find good number of opulent persons in contrast to poverty and unemployment. Russia needs huge fund to modernize their old technology based industries and much needed diversification to overcome dependence on military weapon trading. This plan would give Government enough funds to modernize their old technology based industries on one hand & also to offer social security to common people on the other hand.
Hopefully this system along with religion may be able to channelize Russian manpower in proper direction which is essential for the benefit of human civilization.

CHINA
In recent part, we have observed unparallel growth of China. Typically this one communist party led country has been able to defeat major capitalist economies of the world. But this growth is not hassle free. Sudden influx of huge fund, mainly contributed by non resident Chinese, has created lot of problems in China.
This sudden influx of fund has resulted in corruption in China. Probably it has touched significant high level of the party. Perhaps this has created frustration among grass root workers resulting in tension in the party. Perhaps this localised growth has resulted in provincialism in China.
China may accept this plan which would help them to eradicate corruption from their system and to earn better economic growth rate.

ISLAMIC NATIONS
People belong to Islamic countries have been protesting against the current world political system for a long period of time. Now they are getting this plan which would be able to give their protest a constructive official base.
First, they may implement this system in their own countries.
In the next step they may make it a political issue at international level using OPEC. They must not go for adopting harsh decisions like increase in oil price, which would ultimately weaken the struggle of like-minded people for the same cause across the world.
They may use the OPEC platform to compel media to communicate their views (without criticizing any country rather highlighting the benefits of the alternative system & weakness of present system). Thus voice of crores of people would reach the world population.
Now they can raise the issue at suitable global platform like GAAT, UNO etc. Their fight for noble cause would help them to make good image in the mind of world population.
Apart from this these countries may help people fighting for the same cause in the follows:
(a) Financial help toward treatment and legal expenses of the poor.
(b) Other assistance in the legal battle like supply of documents and evidences.
(c) Giving shelter to those people who are in trouble.
(d) Maintain good relationship with other religious forces fighting for the same cause across the globe.

LATIN AMERICA
This system would strengthen the fight of Latin American countries against mafias to protect their economies & natural resources. Further blessings of religion would be able to direct their family life, social life & culture in proper direction.

AFRICA
Africa has suffered the worst due to modern global politics. Big forces have exploited this land for their vested political interest. Ironically, global economy in the next century depends on the development of this land.
If African countries accept this system, they would be able to protect their economy, natural resources & would be able to fight against exploitation. Further practice of religion would bring peace in this region.

(c) Panchayat/Municipality/Assembly/Parliament
(d) Lower Court/High Court/Supreme Court
(e) At International Platform for e.g. International Court/OPEC/GATT/UNO etc.

Debates/Discussions/seminars/workshops may be conducted in the following areas namely:
(1) Status of Women in the political parties across the globe.
(2) Status of women as perceived by the political parties.
(3) Role of Women leaders against Oppression on Women-A Reality Bite.
(4) `Oppression on Women’-Do we need more laws?
(5) `Oppression on Women’-How would you collect, preserve & produce evidences at the Court?(role of lie detectors)

COMMUNAL HARMONY
Communal harmony is an integral part of the Proposed Plan. Sovereignty and integrity of our country depends on the cordial relationship among different communities. Evil forces would try their level best to create communal disharmony among different communities. BJP must try to coordinate different religions to re-establish religion in Indian society and also to fight against common enemy i.e. blue film rackets. Proposed Plan suggests BJP to take necessary steps to improve standard of living of the people belong to minority communities. Special emphasis may be given in the segments like human rights, education, health, alternative employment opportunities, Social Security Net(SSN), insurance coverage in agriculture, housing, entrepreneurship programmes supported by loan/financial assistance, training programmes for drop-out students etc. These programmes must ensure active participation of women.
Respected Holy Gurus of Sikh Community have sacrificed their life for religion and humanity. Proposed Plan suggests Sikh Community to play role of `Protector of Religion in India.’ People belong to other communities would protect Sikh community. Proposed Plan suggests Sikh Community to show tough resistance (resistance does not mean violence) at ground.
Proposed Plan wants strong active participation of Sikh Community in the Holy War for unending period of time.

Do constructive jobs.
Use international platforms (GAAT/OPEC etc.) because the blue film rackets use international platform to make money.
Take help of NGOs from other country (cross-border help).
File cases/play the role of catalyst for filing cases in foreign countries & try to pursue the use of lie detector as much as feasible.
Show your strength: collect signature/thumb impression of people and submit to appropriate authority (for e.g. President of India). At the same time show the results on internet. Send the same to International agencies. These activities may be carried on continuous basis.
If possible, offer financial help to poor women.

In the first step, different regions must stop abusing and fighting against each other. Undesirable fighting among different religions ultimately weakens the fight for mankind.
All religions, religion based political parties, similar minded NGOs, human right organizations and media representative may form a committee having maximum global power in this segment. This committee may be constituted of one core committee, one committee for political parties and one committee for NGOs, human right organizations and media. This global committee will have similar branches in each country. Committee members must be selected strictly on the basis LDT to ensure purity and to protect the committee from unholy elements. This committee will be working for the benefit of human race for unending period of time.
NOW TREAT `FIGHT AGAINST BLUE FILM RACKETS AND OPPRESSON ON WOMEN’ AS `HOLY WAR AGAINST EVILS’.
How the committee would fight HOLY WAR on2010
At first, ensure communal harmony among different religions.
This would be fought at many levels, namely:
Show of strength.
Stiff resistance at ground, where possible.
Team of lawyers may be constituted of firms of international repute, firms operating at national & local level and just pass out young lawyers. In politically volatile cases young bachelor lawyers may be engaged but consultation would be taken from of senior lawyers. Lawyers may pursue to use lie detectors at Court.
Lawyers would be working for two objectives. At first attempt must be made to enhance the level of punishment and in case of compensation they must try to extract as much as possible. Present system is politically bankrupt and attempt must be made to make them financially bankrupt.
NGOs and human right organizations may be starting peaceful demonstrations in the streets and would take up the issue at appropriate level depending on the importance of the case.
Student unions would make it an issue and raise it using different techniques for e.g. wall magazines, magazines, journals, debates, conferences, meetings, street demonstrations etc.
Academicians would write articles in the news papers/ journals/ research work depending on the nature of the issue.
Political parties would make it a political issue and hold meetings/demonstrations etc. They would take up the issue at appropriate level i.e. Panchayat/Municipality/Assembly/Parliament.
Participating countries would raise the issue at international forums e.g. OPEC, GATT, UNO, ADB, IMF, WORLD BANKS etc.
Arrangement would be made to make so that the issue could be raised through media. If necessary, committee may start own news paper/radio channel/TV channel/website.
This issue would be faised through different form of arts e.g. in paintings/ poems/literatures/songs/mimes/dramas/jatras/cinemas etc.
If any political leader is found guilty the concerned person must be referred to as member of blue film racket. Effort must be made to isolate the person from the party (person must be targeted instead of party). However if concerned party wants to take responsibility, the issue must be settled at Court only.
If necessary, attempt must be made to make the issue alive for thousand & thousand years.
All documents relating to blue film must be destroyed. Participating countries may pass stringent laws for this purpose. In other countries pressure groups (as stated above) would start protesting.
Violence must be avoided. Violence would strengthen the hands of oppressors only. Strong, peaceful, planned, coordinated, global resistance supported by well designed legal battle would destroy the blue film rackets legally, financially & politically forever. In the next step, `Historical Document on Oppression on Women’ would be prepared, signed & approved by International Agencies. At last, legal decisions would be used to change the Constitutions of participating countries in such a way so that evil forces can be kept out of political, social & cultural scenarios forever.
This battle for justice, security & peace would continue forever.

Other activities of the Committee
Committee may form a central NGO to supervise NGOs in different countries. However, branch Committees may also form & supervise NGOs in their own country. Core Committee would ensure that NGOs will not overlap each other in the same segment.
In each country, a committee would be formed to rate the NGOs constituted of eminent personalities selected on the basis LDTs. Each year these members along with all employees of NGO would go through LDTs.
Each Committee would undertake various social welfare activities for e.g. blood donation camps, flood/drought relief camps, workshops to train farmers/workers, camps for free treatment of the poor, workshop to train young people at the time of emergency etc.
Committee would ensure maintenance family value, social value, culture and religion in the society. However, while playing the role of watchdog of society the Committee would make all efforts to avoid direct confrontation. Indirect control must be given priority to direct control. If problems arise due to controlling exercise the issue must be settled at Court with the help of LDT.
Committee would ensure implementation of morale & value based education system in the participating countries and if possible, through peaceful negotiations in other countries.
Committee would fight against `Direct/Indirect Oppression on Children’ as integral part of Holy War.
Committee would pursue all countries (participating/others) to implement `Right to Information Act’ in the respective countries. Further Committee would pursue International Agencies to pass necessary Act so that `Right to Information Act’ may be applied to International Documents.
Committee would ensure improved participation of women in global politics. It is suggested that minimum fifty of total seats may be reserved for women in each country at all political levels. At the same time Committee would commit to protect religion/culture/heritage of each country.
Committee would pursue participating/non-participating countries to take sufficient legal steps so that women may protect themselves. At the same time Committee would commit to protect religion/culture/heritage of each country.
Committee would pursue all countries to take necessary steps (opening of women undergraduate &postgraduate law college) to ensure more participation of women in global judiciary system.
Committee would play role of peaceful coordinator in resolving `Drinking Water Crisis’.
Committee would extent cooperation in making Global Food Plan.
Committee may extend necessary support to the political parties in order to play the role of pathfinder at the time of crisis.
Committee would continue to work for Global peace, cooperation, friendship and security forever.

BJP AND RELEVANT ISSUES
BJP and India
Present political bankruptcy and lack of general governance in India indicate probable danger on India’s integrity. This current system signifies dominance and oppression. It happens when existing parties in power come to power without proper political mandate. Nature of crime states that criminal commits more mistakes to cover one mistake. It applies to politics too. Hence this political system is a threat to India’s sovereignty.
First uphill task of BJP is to secure India. This plan does not have any aim to harm anybody. But this does not apply to the security of India. Security of a country must be given priority to every thing.
A country can not be secured leaving fifty percent population unsecured. Protection of women is intermingled with India’s security.
Poverty is also threat to India’s security. Foreign elements and evil forces take the advantage of the situation.
International relationship also influences security of a country. Perhaps this area also has been mishandled.
Another important aspect is image building of our country. World must perceive India as strong, united, secured, advanced & liberal country. On one hand India may take action if her security is threatened, on the other hand same India would extend support to all countries like friend in need.
India must not hesitate to take action against political forces operating from Indian soil against interest of our country.

BJP and Defence of India
Defence is the most crucial aspect of security of a country. Considering both from historical point of view and war experience in post independence India Defence segment may be given more importance. At the same time Defence purchases must be made more transparent as per feasible. In case of international purchase payment of brokerage/commission etc.(accepted norm in the seller’s country) must be made public. People responsible for such purchases would face LDT and results would be made public.
India must avoid arms race with any other country but India must have sufficient weapon to protect her country.
Overdependence on one vendor must be avoided. Manufacturing projects in India collaboration with vendor must be encouraged.
India must increase her presence in hitherto neglected defence based researches. A comprehensive plan must be framed taking into consideration relevant colleges, universities and research institutes.
India may increase her presence in this segment as seller. This volatile area must be dealt with proper care.
Defence segment is accident-prone area. In case accidents take place, proper enquiries must be organised (with the help of LDT).
BJP and People of India
India is a land of hundred crore people from different religions, castes and languages. India is a country of patience, tolerance and acceptance. It is a land where religion lives in the heart of people. Indian culture has protected Indians for thousand & thousand years. At the same time Indians have been able to protect their culture for thousand & thousand years.
Perhaps this is the land where people without any blood relation used to love each other. We have suffered several pains in this journey still we could protect our culture, civilization and religion up to 1947. Perhaps it is impossible for us to assess what we have lost after 1947?
People are living with pains in heart. Level of torturing is so high that they have forgotten their past. This system teaches to accept dominance and oppression. Even tears have forgotten to come out. One wave of torturing goes and the oppressed one waits for next wave of torturing. Arrangements have been made to break the families and have forced family members to stay isolated for getting oppressed. Political leaders & bureaucrats played participatory role in the system. Media kept mum and did nothing.
Proposed Plan suggests BJP leaders to read the eyes of oppressed people which may reveal Diary of thousand & thousand Anne Frank living in this country. Like little innocent Anne they are living in political cage & waiting for something to happen so that they can go back to their normal life.
Unfortunately this prolong torturing has not been noticed by either INDIAN MILITARY AND or INDIAN JUDICIARY.

BJP workers must be trained so that they can learn how to live in the same age without becoming an active member of the system. They would remember the level of torturing while approaching people. People are tensed, angry, frustrated & to some extent irrational. BJP workers may get irrational behaviour /resistance from people. BJP workers would respond softly with logical argument.
Two types management of people are suggested.
Macro Management of People : At highest level of party policymakers would frame the political philosophy & long run strategies. At the next level medium level strategies would be formed & long & medium level decisions would be taken. These two levels signify the brains of the party. These leaders must be relieved from all sorts of day to day administrative work. Arrangement must be made so that they can get professional advice from lawyers, chartered accountants, cost accountants, company secretaries, economists, statisticians, mathematicians, scientists and MBAs research institutions.
In this subcontinent religion lives in the heart of people. People perceive religion as protector at the time of crisis. Religion has immense influence on the social, cultural and personal life of people. Unfortunately unholy elements of blue film rackets have played the role of power brokers and have been successful in persuading people to some extent out of holy cover of religion.
This plan suggests a soft reintroduction of religion in social, cultural & political life. BJP must refrain from pursuing vigorous reintroduction of religion.
Sky gives protection and allows people to live their life freely. People do not perceive sky like a hammer but accept sky as lovable & beautiful cover. Proposed plan suggests a similar place of religion in the society. Religion would give a peaceful coverage on social, cultural and political life of people.
Temples may form NGOs to serve the need of people. Temples may have wing constituted of dedicated workers willing to serve people at the time of disaster. Organisations like Bharat Shebasrom, Ramakrishna Mission etc. may be encouraged through financial support. These two charitable institutions may be encouraged so that they play the role of trainer to develop dedicated social worker in NGOs/student communities/political parties etc.
Modern lifestyle causes tension & trauma among citizens. Religious institutions may open meditation/stress & trauma relief institutions.
BJP may encourage followers to attend prayers in the religious institutions at least once a week (Saturday/Sunday).
Dedicated Religious institutions may open educational /vocational/training institutions at all levels. These institutions would teach Board/University prescribed curriculum in morale, value, ethics and religion based framework.
Religious institutions may take initiative in social events like marriage, birth etc amongst the poor on regular basis.
Religious institutions may approach Government for playing participatory supportive role in resolving long run problems causing loss of lives & property for e.g. soil erosion/dam construction/forestation/pollution control/floods/drinking water problem etc. Religious workers may undergo training from Government to play the role of dedicated social worker in that segment. At the same time Government employees may be given stress relief & meditation exercises in morale & value based environment. This training may help Government sector employees to combat corruption.
Religious institutions may initiate excursion among student community to create interest for places having historical, cultural & heritage value.
Religious institutions may make arrangement for treatment of people belongs to low income group in all over India. Donations may be collected and used for expensive treatments for e.g. surgeries etc. of the poor.
Religious institutions may preach people stating the importance of women in Hindu religion (Goddess Kali/Goddess Durga).
Religious leaders may use poems/songs explaining the bravery & courage of ancestors for protecting women for e.g. Rani Padmini. Drama/jatra/cinema may be made based on such act of bravery. Religious leaders may promote this act of bravery using story/poems/songs in all over India (This is related to oppression on women & not communal).
Proposed plan gives strong emphasis on communal harmony. Communal disharmony would strengthen the hands of blue film rackets.
BJP may make arrangement of regular meetings of leaders from different religions to give the Proposed Plan a successful introduction.

Micro Management of People : At this level short term strategies would be framed and short term decisions would be taken. Leaders & workers belong to this level would act as eyes and ears of party. Proposed plan suggests reintroduction of locality based relationship for e.g. bore bhaia, dada, chacha etc.
Proposed plan suggests creation of friendly image of BJP workers in the mind of people. People must be able to perceive workers as friend in need e.g. water logging, illness, vaccination programmes, festivals, drinking water crisis etc.
Proposed Plan strongly suggests soft presence of BJP workers in the locality. BJP workers must behave gently with women even belong to opposition parties. They must be refrained from using abusive/offensive languages regarding women even within themselves. People must be able to differentiate BJP workers from other parties.

BJP and Women of India
Proposed Plan emphasizes on security, prestige& status of women in social & political system. Proposed Plan also pays attention to women education, right of women in family life & property, participation of women in the modernization process of society in the form of jobs, entrepreneurship, political leadership etc. Women have every right to get dignified place in every sphere of the society. Reintroduction of religion does not mean departure from modernization. This mission against `Oppression of Women in India’ must not turn to battle against `Right of women’.
Proposed Plan strongly recommends participation of women in the political process at all levels. It is suggested that fifty percent of total seats may be reserved for women at all levels (Panchayat/Municipality/Assembly/Parliament). In case of political resistance BJP must collect correct information about the concerned person/group. Proposed Plan strongly recommends stern action against that particular person/group in all forms for e.g. political/legal/financial etc. All party wings, NGOs, Human Right Organizations and lawyers must be mobilized against the concerned leader/group. Lawyers must pursue use of LDT at Court. This proposal is integral part of the Proposed Plan. BJP would pursue this issue globally.
Presence of women must be increased in Judiciary. BJP must establish law colleges for women in every state. These law colleges would operate under umbrella of one Central University. These colleges would get sufficient funding from Central Government.
Government must establish women training institutions for IAS examination in every state. These institutions must also provide training for RBI/SBI/CBI/IB examinations.
Government must provide adequate scholarships to the financially weak female candidates.
BJP may also extend support in the form of providing hostel facility, security and financial support.
In India few areas have not been explored by aspiring female job seeker. Security can not be accepted as a valid reason for keeping women out of certain job markets. Further, acceptance of security reason may lead to acceptance of women torturing. Except health reasons all jobs may be opened for female job seekers. However it is suggested that BJP may approach gradually in this segment.
In Hindu religion women are treated as source power and thus we worship Goddess Kali & Durga. Women must not be treated as weak & feeble. BJP must engage women wing for establishment of Yoga, Judo, Karate, Shooting and Boxing Training Institutes for women. Women Wings may use demonstrations/dharnas/ processions to show strength & resistance. Let five crore women take the streets of any troubled city through peaceful processions. BJP must pass adequate Acts so that women can keep & use guns for self protection. However after using guns concerned woman would face legal Case & LDT. Use of guns for self protection by women would not be punishable in the eye of law. BJP would make all efforts to make it a global issue.
Proposed Plan emphasizes a complete shift from the existing system. Under the proposed system women would have every right to get married to a person of her choice. Proposed Plan ensures safety, security, status and family value of married women. Proposed Plan also ensures successful marriage of engaged women with her desired partner. Under this Proposed Plan, unmarried bachelor women would have every right to have secured life. BJP must pass/amend necessary Act such that widow/old women can get security, shelter and share of property in family. BJP must mobilize all resources to make this issue a success.

BJP and Nuclear Power
Nuclear Power has power to protect the country and to prevent war. From historical, positional and political point of view India needs Nuclear Power. Efforts must be made to use Nuclear Power for peaceful purpose. Proposed Plan suggests safety and security of Nuclear Power Stations and Research Institutions.
In the history of human civilization atomic power has been used twice, in the Second World War. Except these two cases atomic explosion has been used on experimental/scientific purpose. Atomic power gives huge power to the Nuclear Weaponed country. The pertinent point is how this power has been used by respective countries in last sixty years? It concerns International Laws and human considerations. Proposed Plan leaves this area to researchers/politicians/media etc. for further study.

BJP and Education in India
An ideal education system teaches values and morale at the beginning. Children must be given proper opportunity so that they can learn the basics (Always speak the Truth; Do not tell a Lie; Honesty is the best Policy etc.). `BarnaParichoy ‘ written by Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar may be treated as an ideal book for this purpose. It is strongly suggested that similar books must be written and used in the curriculum in each Indian language. Character building of future generations is the basic objective of any valued education system. BJP must make an all out effort to make it a global system and would pursue use of similar books in all countries.
Students must get opportunity to learn Indian Culture and Heritage from the school level. No Nation can prosper neglecting their culture, heritage and past teachings. Culture makes the foundation of character. In future interested students may opt for several careers based on Indian Culture. At the same time it produces knowledgeable audience for the future cultural programmes.
Each educational institution must be connected to outside world. From the school level academic activities must be extended beyond boundaries of educational institutions & may find proper place in the society. Students must carry the morale/values taught in the educational institution to the outside world. Students must get adequate opportunity to serve the society for e.g. teaching the adult illiterates, teaching the housewives, teaching the children of the footpath dwellers, sharing of knowledge in employment generation programmes etc. Incentives may be provided to both recipient of knowledge and provider of knowledge depending on their income level.
Research works may be carried out to find out the proper reason of drop out at all levels in educational institutions in India. Existing schemes addressing the issue (mid-day meal) must continue. Interested & suitable students selected on the basis of some suitable criteria may be given scholarship for further studies. Vocational educational & training institutions must increase their activities by manifolds.
Science is the pillar of modern civilization. A country can not move forward undermining the relevance and importance of science. Religion does not have any dispute with science. Religion provides mankind morale, value and peace. Practice of religion must not lead to disbelieve in science & technology.
Special examinations (preferably on line) on National basis may be conducted four/five times a year which would help the science students to apply & assess their brain at all levels. Apart from this a new system may be introduced to search new talents. In such examinations students may be taught a completely new topic (may be unrelated to the subject) in the first hour of examination and in the following hour questions having new style would be served. In Board/University examination each paper must contain one question for assessing knowledge of the student (maximum ten mark in hundred marks question).
Students studying science at all levels must be allowed to go beyond curriculum through active participation in well equipped outside/inside laboratories. This system would encourage innovativeness/creativity from the beginning.
Diploma engineering colleges must be allowed to establish on the basis of suitable study. These colleges must be funded adequately to make them well-equipped. Diploma engineers usually work close to the workers. Hence they must be trained well in order to increase productivity of the factory.
All engineering colleges (including IITs), all medical colleges, all management institutions (including IIMs), ISI and all other premium institutions must work for one goal i.e. to uplift education standard in India gradually up to International Standard.
Students must get adequate scholarship facility at all level and educational loan facility at higher level of study.
Students studying Arts are advised to participate in suitable meaningful projects outside the premises of the institutions for e.g. students studying psychology may work among oppressed people/convicted people.
It is strongly recommended that `oppression on women in Indian politics/in the society’ must be included in Political Science or elsewhere in the syllabus. This is new in syllabus. Hence, suitable people from NGOs/Human Right Organizations and honourable members of judiciaries may be invited to take classes. Such arrangements may be made in Universities up to PhD level.
Students studying commerce must also participate in suitable outside projects.
Entrepreneurship would be part of curriculum from school level. Seminars/workshops/exhibitions etc may be arranged to encourage the students. Entrepreneurship Programmes would be tuned according to the different requirements of the students for e.g. technical aspect would be given priority to scientists/engineering students etc. Entrepreneurship Programmes would cover vocational colleges and training programmes for drop out students. Government would extend necessary support in the form of loans & financial assistance/technical assistance/infrastructural participation.
Disaster Management courses may be taught at school level/college level/training programmes for drop-out students.
Students would be given training so that they may become environment -friendly citizen of India. Training programmes would emphasise on the duties & responsibilities of an individual towards environment. These programmes would also cover related job information/research guidance/entrepreneurship information.
Students may be encouraged to attend certificate courses on different Indian languages and such certificates must be given weightage in examinations like civil services/management entrances/bank services/other Government services & also in private companies. This Programme is aimed at strengthening National Integration.
Students may be encouraged to participate in Unions for practicing value& moral based politics. Students must be given the opportunity to meet the leaders from political arena outside colleges. Student community would learn the application of value and moral based politics outside college premises.

BJP and Human Rights
Human Right is the symbol of civilized society. Human Right must be ensured in every sphere of society. Human Right Organisations must be given security, support & respect. People belong to all segments must be allowed to speak freely. Freedom of Speech/ freedom of opinion can make impossible possible. Adequate support must be extended to Media so that they can disburse their professional responsibilities without any pressure.
BJP would ensure implementation of right to do religion in India.
BJP must ensure proper implementation of `Right to Information Act’ in India. Under the Proposed Plan it is a must. BJP must pursue this issue globally.
All BJP leaders and workers must undergo training from Human Right Organisations. It would help BJP to implement Human Rights in the party & in India.

BJP and Politics
Activities must follow instructions, instructions must follow plans, plans must follow strategies and strategies must follow ideology & philosophy of party.
BJP leaders must attend debates and would use logical arguments based on academic & research work using LDT.
National Politics: BJP must show respect to opposition parties. If opposition parties accept value & morale based politics BJP must allow them political space to operate. Political supremacy must not lead to Political Dominance.
BJP would make good relationship with small parties. BJP leaders would show respect to leaders of small parties/parties belong to remote places.
BJP leaders would accept criticism gently and would try to learn from it.
Proposed Plan would provide BJP psychological victory before any discussion/debate. It is suggested that BJP leaders & workers would continuously develop themselves on the basis of curriculum developed by research wing. BJP leader would take classes on regular basis. BJP leaders/workers would attend prescribed workshops/seminars/training sessions of Ramakrishna Mission/Bharat Shebasrom/selected NGOs or Human Right Organisations or any other selected religious organisation. Hindu religion has always encouraged education, knowledge and research.
BJP leaders would avoid making false commitments. In the long run it makes negative impact.
Maoist problem would be addressed from three corners like economical, political and administrative side. Allocated Government funds/grants must reach the poor. Frauds must be dealt with severe punishment and this information must reach the poor. It would help to restore confidence of the poor (It may be practiced in areas having terrorist problem). BJP party would mobilise resources along with NGOs to help poor in this area. Efforts would be made to create employment amongst the poor. Government may adopt following options like infrastructure (roads/houses/buildings/canals/factory sheds etc.), tree plantation, tourist spot, security related jobs, etc. Political dominance may create vacuum which may result in entry of terrorists. BJP must ensure existence and normal functioning of valid political parties everywhere in India. Mainstream political parties may be persuaded to initiate politics in troubled areas. Forces may be used on the basis of prior intimation. Police may take initiative to build source base outside political arena. Political leaders must welcome the Maoist cadres willing to return to mainstream political system.
Proposed Plan suggests BJP to make `Direct/Indirect Oppression on Children’ a political issue. BJP would exercise toughest political resistance to prevent such act. BJP would mobilise necessary resources for this purpose.
In this present unholy political system often theories are developed to justify the evil acts of oppressor on women and blue film rackets. BJP would engage academicians &research wing to study the concept thoroughly and if the report submitted by research wing suggests that the concept has been developed only to justify torturing/oppression, it would invite political action. BJP would mobilise all resources ranging from party, youth organisations, student unions, NGOs, Human Right Organisations, lawyers (international/national/local), international & national media, other political parties inside/outside country, any other supportive organization at local/national/international level and all religious organisations (local/national/international). BJP may use international platforms to make it global.
Proposed Plan strongly suggests that political mistakes must be accepted, reviewed and rectified. Wrong explanation of mistakes may lead to disastrous and fatal results. Members of blue film rackets and oppressors on women try to justify their evil acts saying that they have travelled backward through passage of time. If this logic is accepted, one day countries like India, China and USA may lose their Independence or we may lose Rule of Law from the world. Absence of Rule of law may lead to abolishment of countries from the world. But this stateless condition of the world would not be able to introduce new political system. It has never happened in the history of human civilization [Azad Kashmir, in Indian Subcontinent before 1947 or elsewhere]. Destructive Politics does not pay in the long run. Constructive Politics based on morale, value, culture & religious preaching supported by sound political philosophy & proper political understanding may be practiced in legally acceptable democratic environment. Constructive Politics may bring desired positive changes in human life on sustainable basis.
It is also possible that condemnable practices like slavery may come back again. [Features of Slavery: loss of independence; loss of freedom of opinion/speech/expression; loss of family life & values; loss of culture; loss of social life; loss of religion and loss of civilization]

Members of blue film rackets would create problems from all corners. It is suggested to pursue the plan with immediate effect.

Proposed Plan is designed in such a manner that it ensures victory/success of BJP. BJP must avoid violence & would control the workers/supporters from taking possible revenge. After abolishment of present unholy political system BJP would pursue Religious Committee (INDIA) to take control of the system. The Committee would take the system under their direct control and would ensure peace & harmony in all over India. NGOs, Human Right Organizations and Media would ensure maintenance of Human Right in all over India. After legal battle BJP would initiate large scale political battle. BJP leaders would give proposal to women/wives of cadres of opposition parties to join BJP. BJP would provide them security of family value, live, culture, religion & properties, alternative source of income, education of children etc. BJP would initiate legal battle against cadres considering the political slavery factor & may pursue punishment depending on circumstances (foe e.g.five years-twelve years). BJP would give assurance to the cadres stating that they would be able to spend normal secured family life after jail. BJP leaders would approach the cadres/wives of the cadres/women/supporters to give BJP leaders all Documents on Oppression on Women/illegal Documents on blue films.
Proposed Plan suggests strongest possible legal action against leaders responsible for such prolong inhuman massacre. BJP is supposed to ensure toughest legal battle in the history of human civilization.

International Politics : BJP must raise `Oppression on Women in Politics’ issue in all possible international platforms. If official platforms can not be used, such issues must be raised in unofficial platforms. BJP would always try to make this issue alive.
Death out of starvation is a shame for civilized world. BJP would pursue other countries for making `Global Food Security Plan’. This plan would be made on global, continental, national, regional and local basis. This plan would take into account all environmental issues.
BJP leaders would try build consensus on `Drinking Water Crisis’ issue using official/unofficial platforms. Efforts would be made to make the issue flexible and non-political. Human considerations must be given priority to everything.
BJP must make continuous effort to make friends in international level. BJP leaders must show respect to leaders of small countries on equal basis.
India may offer concession-based sharing of Indian Space Satellites to financially weak countries.
India must be projected as friend in need in the International arena. India must play supportive role in different international bodies on professional basis.
BJP leaders except extreme cases would avoid criticism of any country/leader.
Long run goals must be given priority to short term goal. National interest must be given priority to everything.
BJP leaders would avoid all acts such that old friend may become enemy [For example, a political changes take place in a country who has extended support to India for a long period of time. Now, in the changed environment if India does not get same help Government /leaders must be refrained from all hostile activities. It may happen that an old friend may become enemy forever. ]
India would always extend support to financially weak countries.

BJP and Drinking Water Crisis
Drinking water crisis is likely to hit India & the world within next twenty years in massive scale. Already we are getting the hint of crisis in initial stage. We need to frame comprehensive global plan based on political consensus with the help of eminent scientists. A global map must be prepared on the basis of drinking water crisis. It must be able to identify deficit and surplus zones. Multi-layer strategy would be adopted to fight against this problem.
At first, research work must be made to identify causes of problem. Action plan based on such research would be prepared on global, continental, regional, national, city/village-wise & personal accountability to the fight the problem. It must simplify the directives, for e.g. the role of a citizen in reducing drinking water crisis. This is in fact an environmental issue. But due to shortage of time & magnitude of the problem preventing steps ma y not be able to resist the crisis from becoming large enough to kill thousands & thousands people. In this phase, world community may experience toughest time in the history of human race. Firstly this issue must be given non-political nature. Despite efforts & enthusiasm from some corners BJP must exercise highest endeavour to make this issue non-political both from the view point of the party and the country. India must extend support to countries in trouble. This would help both India and BJP in making friends in the international arena. In the second phase courses of action suggested by scientists would be implemented to tackle the issue both inside and outside country. Still the crisis would be able to give trouble to large population of the world. Perhaps this crisis coupled with scarcity of resources (coal etc.) would teach people to live on the basis of cooperation & coordination at all levels (international, national, regional & local).

BJP and Agriculture in India
In India seventy percent of the population depends on agriculture for their livelihood. But agricultural productivity is very poor in India in comparison with other countries in the world. In some regions use of modern technology has resulted brilliant result. But later it was found that modern technology caused decrease in fertility of land. Adequate infrastructure on agricultural research must be established. Research works must be carried out taking into account Indian climate and soil.
Even now Indian agriculture depends on rain water. Inadequate irrigation facility causes a major problem in agricultural productivity. Extension of irrigation facility may bring displacement of people causing political tension & agitation. Still it is suggested that irrigation facility may be extended in such a way that makes Indian agriculture independent of rainwater. Adequate market driven transparent compensation system may be used for displaced people.
Basic objective of any valued political system must be prevention of loss of life. Increasing tendency of suicides by farmers indicates indifferent attitude of present political system towards human life and mankind. If Mumbai produces highest revenue both in black & white, then how farmers commit suicide in Maharashtra ? How fund raised from Kolkata does not reach Amnashole in West Bengal? Present political system claims it raises fund for the poor but fund does not even reach the poorest of the poor causing starvation & death. Prevailing political system allows stakeholders to make it a political issue ignoring the immediate need of the people in destitute and political issues allow stakeholders to play power game ironically leaving poor amidst poverty, starvation and death.
Proposed Plan makes an attempt to shift from this unhealthy, indifferent political system. It is proposed that a flexible tailor-made insurance policy benefiting the farmer in need (poorest of the poor/poor/middleclass in problem due to flood, drought or fall in agricultural price etc.). It is different from Social Security Net (SSN). SSN is having permanent nature while insurance policy is having temporary nature. Insurance policy would ensure prevention of loss of death of farmers due to unforeseen events. At the same time it would act as an alarm to the Government indicating emergence of problems.
An agricultural loan may have insurance attachment stated above which can be used at the time of need only. Attempt must be made to remove private loan givers who use to charge abnormal high rate of interest. Government/nationalised banks/private banks of repute/financial institutions etc. may replace private loan lenders. Agricultural loan lending process needs absolute professionalism having human face.
Land reform attracted attention of everybody in last century but experience shows that it is associated with loss of productivity due to continuous division of land in a family. But land reform increases pride, status and confidence of the poor landless farmers/other beneficiaries. Land reform, if needed must be carried out by Government only. The seller would get market driven price from Government and beneficiaries would get proper official papers from the Government. It may be made political issue but beneficiaries must not be treated as mere political slaves. It must be remembered that poor beneficiaries have equal dignity, family value and political status like others. It is easy to give something but it is very difficult to get it back (It is easy to present toy to a child but it is very difficult to take it back). Land acquisitions from the beneficiaries of land reform must be carried out with extreme caution.
However a comprehensive package constituted of land reform, agricultural loan facility, SSN, agricultural insurance facility, SHGs, loan to vocational trained people etc. may be used to serve the need of rural poor. A suitable option may be selected depending on number of features like nature of soil, population density, level of education, availability of agricultural infrastructure etc.

BJP and Micro Finance & SHGs etc.
Micro Finance is getting increasing positive responses in India. Micro Finance has highlighted alternative sources of revenue in rural areas. Proper explanation must be given to the recipient of loans regarding repayment procedure & capability of loan as changing agent in the life of recipient. Sometimes we move from our heart’s call but here we must move from brain’s call. These segments need more professionalism (in training/in selection of participants/in selection of venture, products or services/in marketing or packaging of the product etc.).
BJP and Medical Facility
Efforts must be made to revive the existing facilities. Proper analysis must be made to assess the working capability & working load of each institution. In case of overloading additional institutions may be established in the nearest possible locality. A National Map may be created based on coverage of Medical Institutions. Additional investments must reach to uncovered areas only. Each institution must be supported by facilities like medical shops/banks, ATMs, roads connecting to nearest bus stands & railway stations/hotels/cinema halls etc. Medical Colleges must initiate to teach morale & value apart from present curriculum. Student Unions would be working for opinion building so that Doctors/Nurses /Staffs may go in rural/remote areas on their own. Doctors/Nurses/Staffs working in rural or remote areas must get adequate compensation. Stringent laws may be passed to protect the lives/properties of Doctors/Nurses/Staffs inside/outside the working place. BJP would make sufficient political campaign to ensure social acceptance& respect for Doctors/Nurses/Staffs. Associations of Doctors/Nurses/Staffs may approach Bharat Sebasrom/Ramakrishna Mission for better practice of dedication/commitment/devotion in professional life.
All Medical colleges may be brought under umbrella of one institution to introduce single curriculum/same system of Medical practice in all over India. All Nurses Training Institutes may be brought under umbrella of one institution to introduce single system of nursing in all over India. All Medical Staff Training Institutes may be brought under umbrella of one institution to introduce single system of management in all over India. Students belong to each category would study systems of other two categories as integral part of curriculum. In the next step a single system may be introduced in all Medical Institutions in India. It would be useful to all stakeholders like patients, patients taking transfer from one place to another (from village to city, from one city to another city, from one country to another country), doctors, researchers, investors etc.
It is suggested to open more Medical Colleges considering the shortage of Doctors in India.
A Health Insurance may be introduced to give medical cover to the poor/poorest of the poor. Government would provide adequate subsidies in this segment. In next step this insurance facility would be extended to middleclass/rich strictly on payment basis. Opposition parties may term it privatisation of health and may make it a political issue. Ironically the same parties have already made the system private by destroying the existing facilities even for the poor.

BJP and Media
Freedom of media, freedom of speech is the necessity for any civilized society. Media must be allowed to operate professionally. BJP must welcome both praising & criticism from media. Criticisms must be analysed thoroughly which would enable the party to identify sources of problems and to get new avenues of politics.
BJP must be debarred from controlling Media and must give due respect to Media.
BJP must approach professionally to make good relationship with media. Stringent laws must be framed, passed and used to protect media personnel from assaults and attacks for disbursing their professional duties.
Civilized society expects professionalism from media, on the contrary absolute & astonishing silence of global media regarding `Oppression on Women in Politics’ indicates severe departure of media from professionalism. It is expected that media would accept the issue professionally at international level.
Media may organise live debates/discussions using lie detectors on regular basis.

BJP and Poverty & Unemployment
Poverty, unemployment and hunger are the most serious problems in India deserving political attention and support from top leaders. Empty stomach does not listen to anything. Death out of starvation is shame for the country and the political system. Proposed political system gives highest emphasis on elimination of death out of starvation.
True news must not be suppressed. Media, NGOs and other agencies must be encouraged to reveal true news. Workers of political parties may be engaged to bring true news.
Rationing system must undergo serious restructuring. Rationing system must be focussed to serve the poor & poorest of the poor only. Wastage in rationing system is highly offensive & must be dealt with exercise of stringent laws.
Social Security Net (SSN)
Members of Panchayats, Municipality Councillors, MLAs and MPs must bring the news of starvation to the concerned authority. They must make arrangement of immediate relief on their own.
NGOs and human right organizations may be encouraged to work in the field.
Corporate world may come forward in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Student Unions, Youth Organizations, Associations, Clubs and other bodies may work in this field.
BJP must move on showing all out effort to eliminate death out of starvation.

Poverty depends on many factors including general economic condition of the country, regional disparity, economic disparity, level of governance, level of education, motives & objectives of political parties, general work culture, general enterprising capability, international politics, patriotism, creativity in alternative employment schemes, oppression & dominance in political system, micro management of people, wastage at all levels etc.
This battle may be fought at many levels. It is not possible to discuss this issue here.
Work culture depends on many factors like tradition, general political climate, organisational politics, job security, working environment, transport facility, Government support in the form of security to employees etc.
Proposed Plan suggests that creativity must be given due importance while searching for alternative employment offers to the poor.
Modern civilization demands clean roads in cities and villages. Poor people may be employed on daily basis for cleaning roads/bus stands/ platforms etc.
Civilized society demands security of life and property. Unemployed youth may be given training and may be employed as security personnel on daily basis in highways/roads in cities & villages/platforms/unmanned railway crossings etc.
Garbage dwellers may take active participation in waste management groups like removal of wastage, employment in wastage based electricity generation companies etc.
Illiteracy is curse of our country. Serious effort is needed to counter the issue & help people to move out of darkness. Separate training institutions may be established for this purpose. Educated unemployed people may get part time/full time jobs.
Religion teaches morale but that does not necessarily mean departure from other activities like sports. Health is the pillar of success & young generations may be encouraged to build their health. Clubs/Associations/other institutions having clean image and willingness may be encouraged through loans. Retired players may be given priority. Sports activities may include yoga, gym, karate, judo, boxing, body building, chess, hockey, swimming, athletics, football, cricket etc.
Forestation is related to environmental issue must be taken seriously. Poor people may be engaged on daily basis under this scheme & this scheme may continue for unending period of time. Planned forestation may produce bundle of benefits for e.g. prevention of soil erosion, prevention of flood, wood & furniture trading, drugs & medicine business, tourism, fruit trading, fruit juice trading etc. Each of the businesses mentioned above would be able to create further employment, specially among rural poor.
Political leaders may play positive role in employment creation for e.g. a tradition of bouquet presentation among leaders. This custom may be accepted by educated class & young generation. It may be resulted in both rural and urban employment generation.
Tourism Industry must be given more emphasis, it has immense employment opportunity specially in the organised sector.

BJP and Infrastructure
Planned urbanisation is the foundation of modern civilization. We have experienced unplanned growth in last sixty years. A journey is needed from unplanned growth to planned growth. It has a painful side because it deals with displacement of people. Displaced people must be given alternative accommodation and adequate compensation. Changes must be focussed to meet the need of future.
Urbanisation must serve the needs of all segments like affluent class, middle class and poor. Different types of flats must be built according to the needs of different income group. Slums must be discouraged. Flats for low income groups would be constructed. Government must extend adequate funding. It would facilitate planned urbanisation. However alternative housing facility must be provided prior to dislodgment of slums. Proper housing facility would be helpful in protecting family value, culture and religion. In addition to this proper public transport facility may be established for the benefit of the poor.
Rural people have every right to get brick-built houses. It is suggested that in rural area emphasis must be given on construction of brick-built houses.
Transport Industry must be given more emphasis. It is needed to meet the increasing need of urbanisation, trade & commerce and tourism.
More emphasis must be given on improvement of existing road condition. Roads may be built to make existing bridges more useful. Considering the space constraint, it is suggested that multi-purpose bridges may be built. Tunnels/underpasses may be built to tackle the traffic problems.
Improvement of condition of existing train tracks must be given top priority. Unmanned railway crossings must be manned within stipulated time frame.
In the next phase modernisation of tracks may be carried out so that fast trains may start running in India. It must be accompanied with modernisation of signal system & stations. Strategic planning is required for this purpose.
Metro station is a necessity in modern India. Metro facilities may be extended to all possible cities depending on the feasibility study.
More local train facility may be extended to densely populated states like West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, UttarPradesh etc.
Drinking water facility must reach every corner of India. BJP must exercise highest effort to make it a success. This is a must in the Proposed Plan.
Considering the scarcity of resources alternative sources may be given more emphasis for electricity generations. Wastage reduction must be given top priority in electricity generation. Research work may be carried out so that machinery needed in electricity generation may be manufactured in India. It may result in reduction of cost of production of electricity. Electricity must reach every corner of India within stipulated time.
Indian industries may try to manufacture machinery needed for IT and Telecommunication industry. These industries must be able to provide value added services at the time of crisis for e.g. flood, storm etc. Remote places must get more attention from these industries.
Indian industries must try to manufacture heavy machineries needed in different segments like sports, defence, medical surgeries, steel /cement industry etc.
BJP and Corporate World
Corporate world has experienced sea changes in trade & commerce in last century. Indian companies are now competing globally. BJP must encourage increasing competitiveness and efficiency of Indian companies. Support may be extended in the form of loans, manpower development, workable infrastructure, transparent understandable user friendly system and political support. Special efforts are recommended to tap fund from NRIs. Companies must be given proper support to their journey from national to international.
Companies having meaningful research wing may be given more favour and status. Companies may develop system of idea generation at all levels. Innovativeness and creativity must be encouraged and awarded at all levels. System may be developed to become zero wastage company. Responsibility centres may be formed to fix responsibility of management and workers. It would be helpful for giving rewards to deserving candidates. Successful person must be given due rewards & respect. Corporate politics and groupism must be strictly discouraged. System Audit would ensure practice of value & morale at all levels of trade & commerce. Government would retain power to appoint System Auditor for any business organizations at any point of time.
Providers of employment must be given due respect.
Globalisation has devastating effects on small & medium scale industries. Feasibility study must be carried out to understand the possibility of surviving of the company and financial, technical & political support may be given on professional basis.
Immediate relief must be given to families of employees working in closed factories in the form of SSN/help from NGOs/other organizations etc. A valued political system ensures prevention of loss of life, protection of family value, culture & religion. This issue must be given highest political importance.
Suitable candidates of the families stated above may be provided with support in the form of loans/training etc. so that they can find alternative source of revenue. Micro Finance institutions/NGOs etc. may be encouraged to work in this field.
Loss of jobs also comes with displacement of people. Displacement issue may be given due political importance (similar issue: refugee problems). Displacement without suitable alternative must be discouraged. People already discouraged may be provided with similar support stated above.
Companies are expected to introduce value and morale in their training curriculum.
Freedom of Speech & Freedom of formation of Unions are linked to productivity. A free man delivers better than a bonded labour. Unions must negotiate & bargain on professional basis. Unions must refrain from taking suicidal path like creation of hatred in the mind of workers, encouragement for causing harm to the organizations, violence, assault on management etc. Unions must practice morale & value based politics at all levels. Workers must be given due respect.
A sound political system covers all aspects.

BJP and Natural Calamities
Every year India gets hit by flood, drought etc. Natural Calamities have two parts, one controllable and another uncontrollable. Following discussion is based on controllable natural calamities.
Every year due to flood India losses hundreds of lives and crores of properties. Prior intimation can save lives and properties. A planned, trained and well managed rescue operation may be able to save lives of people & domestic animals, domestic utensils, ornaments & money. Space problem can be solved by good packaging.
Every year India gets flood attack. Proposed plan strongly recommends to development of flood signalling system and Rescue Management System. Prior formation of rescue management system could have saved hundreds of lives and crores of properties.
In flood prone areas big houses may be constructed to save lives of people & domestic animals.
A high power committee would be formed and operating throughout the year for ensuring proper functioning of the above mentioned system.
Similarly another committee comprising experts may be formed which would be working for analysing and researching the causes of flood problem in India.
It is suggested that Government must take appropriate steps to construct brick-built houses instead of soil-built houses in flood prone areas. In the long run it would save crores of rupees.
Construction of dams must get attention of top Government officials. This segment must be made corruption free.
Drought is linked to irregular rainfalls. Irrigation, storage of rainwater etc. may be adopted to combat against drought.
Prior intimation along with proper rescue operation before storm may save lives and property.
BJP must engage dedicated and committed workers to help people in problem.

BJP and Youth of India
Youth is the symbol of purity, enthusiasm, speed and changes. Youth is like Mountain River which can break all barriers.
BJP must not stand as impediment on the natural movement of youth. Proposed Plan has no intention to take youth out of youth.
It is strongly suggested that BJP leaders & workers (Micro-Management) may take planned participation or play supportive role in all youth related activities like sports/college functions/festivals/social events/blood donation camps/flood relief camps/job related trainings/entrepreneurship promotion programmes/disaster management programme/environment related programmes/human right related demonstrations/programmes concerning women rights/religious right related demonstrations/programmes concerning National Security etc.
At present a significant portion of youth, belong to Metro & other cities is having Disco/late night party going habit. Proposed Plan suggests closing down of all institutions carrying illegal activities in this segment or elsewhere. Strong actions must be taken against all members of drug rackets. Proposed Plan suggests youth from refraining use of cigarettes & liquor. It is also stated that Disco/late night party going habits may continue in decent environment.
India is land of Lord Krishna & Sri Chaitanya. They are symbols of love, affection, devotion and mankind. Historically Hindus worship Gods/Goddesses as symbol of love. Unfortunately due to existing unholy political system young people have forgotten to love. BJP workers must encourage young generation to love. BJP workers may give the couples security in parks/riverside/restaurants/streets. They must be able to differentiate between `Love’ & `Evil Acts’. If young generations can not love their partners, they would not be able to love their country.BJP leaders must understand & remember this point.
BJP and Sports in India
In modern era sports provide many benefits like improvement of health, creation of National Glory/sports business/sports tourism. Hence Proposed Plan suggests that sports may be perceived from commercial viewpoint. Corporate world would invest in sports from commercial interest.
In the next level investment would be made in infrastructure on sports /sports related tourism ranging from international level, national level, regional level/club level & school level.
This plan recommends establishment of National Level Sports Academy having branches in every State and it would cover all activities like education, training, placement etc. This Academy must have a strong research wing. All activities relating to sports of schools, colleges, universities and clubs would be governed by the Academy. Academy would be responsible for planning, executions, governance and analysis of all sports related activities in India. Talent hunt programmes would start from the children. Modern technologies would be used to understand possibility of success of child in respective field. Apart from organised sectors (schools, colleges, universities & clubs) special talent hunt programme may be conducted in segments like footpath dwellers/nomads/rural poor/people living in remote areas etc.
Government would provide necessary assistance to retired players in the form of loans/lands for training institutes.

BJP and Tourism & Development
Tourism & Development brings valuable foreign currencies to India and at the same time it generates huge employment. Unfortunately India has been failed to explore this segment to fullest extent. This segment needs appropriate attention of Government. When foreigners come in India apart from rupee & dollar culture is also exchanged. Hotel management & employees must undergo proper training so that they can carry proper image of Indian culture to the foreigners.
This segment provides employment to unorganised sector. BJP must take efforts to place this segment on correct path.
Different arrangements may be made for international, national and domestic tourists. Tour Packages may cover more places of interest.
Promotion and advertisement may be given more importance to create tourist interest in India.

BJP and Governance
IAS (including other civil service officers) and BCS officers must be given two years management training preferably at IIM level.
Responsibility centre concept may be introduced at Government sector.
Each Government post must be associated with responsibilities for carrying out specified predetermined functions.
Emphasis must be given on simplifying the system. System must be simple, transparent and user- friendly.
Movement of Government fund must be made public to make the system transparent.
Unions and Associations may practice morale and value based politics.

BJP and Civil Society
BJP would open one wing that would be working among Civil Society Members. The members of civil society may come from academic world, art & media, sports and corporate sector. These people are intelligent, knowledgeable, successful, and relatively affluent. BJP leaders working in this field would try to give criticisms of civil society a constructive shape. This document may act as a mirror of educated class & would help the party in the long run.
BJP leaders would never try to use the civil society members politically for benefit of the party. BJP leaders would be refraining from criticising members of civil society by name and would never use offensive words against them. Let them do their professional duty for the benefit of the society. Party may perceive civil society as potential resource base, output from which may/may not be useful for the party.
Proposed Plan identifies artists (painter/poet/writer/TV artists/cinema artists) as the most oppressed section under the present unholy political system. Proposed Plan strongly recommends highest level action (legal/political/operational) in this segment in order to bring security, peace and justice. This is integral part of Holy War and must be dealt with accordingly.

BJP and Caste System & Untouchability
Untouchability is an evil act which stands against morale, value & religious preaching. If any society does not allow its citizens to touch each other & such an unholy act continues for years, it indicates the inhuman, irrationally selfish, demoralized nature of the society. Existence of Untouchability also indicates lack of governance, lack of understanding of religious preaching, lack of political understanding, lack of patriotism & disintegrated nature of the country. Proposed Plan condemns the system and wants complete abolishment of Untouchability from all parts of India with immediate effect.
Proposed Plan expresses deep concern on existence of cast system in India. Religious leaders, academicians from the field of Sanskrit, History, Political Science, Sociology & Philosophy and BJP leaders may form a committee to review the caste system from all aspects. Caste system is the source of conflict within Hindu religion and has weakened our country over the years.
This part concerns social reform but it would not be wise to open too many fronts at the same time. Proposed Plan suggests BJP to open one Social Reform Wing in the party. Social Reform Wing would initiate social movement in short scale. BJP would give the issue any regional party. Regional party would go for moderate scale movement in that particular region. BJP would gradually give the issue a National shape using academicians & researchers, willing members of civil society, NGOs, youth organisations, student unions, clubs, media and religious organisations. At last BJP leaders would raise the issue in the Parliament & would pass required Act for this purpose.

BJP and Image of the Party
Modern Day politics depends to a significant extent on the image of the party. Proposed Plan would help BJP in building positive image.

Projection of Party:

BJP fights against Crime and Corruption.
BJP fights against `Oppression on Women’ and `Blue Film Racket’.
BJP fights against `Direct/Indirect Oppression on Children’.
BJP fights against Slavery System. [Oppressors on women and members of blue film racket have designed a planned system to reintroduce slavery in the world.]
BJP fights for National Security & fights against forces trying to disintegrate India.[ Oppressors on women and members of blue film racket have designed a planned system to disintegrate India]
BJP fights for the benefit of the poor. BJP would project SSN (Social Security Net). Poor people would get money without losing their prestige or without destroying their family value, social value and culture.
BJP would commit supply of Drinking Water to every household.
BJP would commit protection farmers using insurance scheme.
BJP would be projected as a Religious Party who accepts trusts and respect other religions [Formation of Religious Committee (India) and Religious Committee (World)]. BJP fights for religious rights of Indians belong to all religions.
BJP would reintroduce morale & value based education system in India.
BJP would like to go for restructuring of Medical System in India which would benefit every body.
BJP would encourage plantation programme on continuous basis. Apart from this BJP would initiate a bundle of alternative employment scheme.
BJP would pass necessary Act to protect Women. BJP would provide woman necessary support for self protection.
BJP would bring necessary restructuring in sports and would form National Level Sports Academy.
BJP would provide loans/financial support to retired players for establishment of sports institutions.
BJP would ensure abolishment of Untouchability.
BJP would encourage research institutions ranging from Defence, Sports and Medical Science.
BJP would make all effort to make India self –reliant in segments like medium & heavy machinery.
BJP would encourage science, technology and research in all possible stages of academic arena.
BJP would arrange innovative Talent Hunt examinations to tap intelligent brains. All necessary financial support would be extended to the deserving candidates.
BJP would encourage entrepreneurship from science/engineering background by extending necessary financial/technical support.
BJP would encourage vocational courses and would provide necessary financial/technical/infrastructural support to aspiring candidates willing to establish new venture.
BJP would extent sufficient financial support to the students in the form of scholarship programmes covering all levels and loans for higher level of the study.
BJP would allow all NGOs/Human Right Organisations to work freely. BJP would assure democracy, freedom of opinion/speech and Human Rights to all citizens.
BJP would ensure freedom of media. BJP would pass/use of necessary Act to protect media personnel.

BJP and Strength of The Plan
THIS PLAN IS UNSTOPPABLE. IF OPPOSITION PARTIES ACCEPT THE PLAN, IT WILL BE THERE. IF OPPOSITION PARTIES REJECT AND RESIST THE PLAN, DOESN’T MATTER, EVEN THEN, IT WILL BE THERE.

CONCLUSION
Proposed Plan wants modernisation of global society based on morale, value, culture and religion. Proposed Plan wants to introduce value, moral, culture &religious preaching based political system in the world. Proposed Plan ensures removal of evil forces from global social, cultural and political system through legal battle. Proposed Plan ensures freedom of speech/opinion/expression, and freedom of media in legally acceptable democratic environment. Propose Plan suggests continuation Holy War for indefinite period of time to ensure global security, peace and justice. Proposed Plan gives highest emphasis on human considerations. Ideological expansion must be given priority to geographical expansion and human consideration must be given priority to ideological expansion. Ultimately we should work for betterment of human life and value.

Reject the plan or accept the plan. Please, don’t spoil the plan.
Don’t protect me.
Protect the plan. Come what may, stick to the plan.
Now consider this as your plan. You can implement the plan in harmony with your political plan.
I want nothing from your end. If you still want to give me something, give me results.
I am taking all responsibilities for every inch of this plan.
